Update (3/6/24): Pleasants has let us know that their demolition contractor will begin mobilizing on the property effective Thursday, March 7, 2024. They do not anticipate major demolition will occur this week. They anticipate the major work will get underway in the next several weeks. They will try to update us as they move along through the process.
Location: The subject property is located west of Muddy Branch Road, north of the Lakelands Ridge community and the Muddy Branch Square shopping center, east of the Lakelands Ridge community and Great Seneca Highway, and south of the Timberbrook community, Lakelands Ridge conservation area, and City-owned land.
