If you wish to make any architectural change, including major landscaping, you must fill out and submit the necessary documentation for review by the Architectural Control Committee. The Lakelands Ridge HOA Board of Directors agreed to appoint an Ad Hoc Committee for the sole purpose of tracking the recent sale of the NIST property and its redevelopment. As the property directly abuts the HOA, this Committee will ensure that the HOA community is kept informed throughout the planning process
so we can provide feedback before the City of Gaithersburg approves any redevelopment plans for the property.
