Parking Information

Parking is assigned for the owners/residents of the condominiums. Please see the individual Condo sections of the site for more information.
Parking for the Clubhouse is only permitted for persons actively using the Clubhouse and/or Pool, and should not be used as general parking.
Visitors must park in designated Visitor spaces only. No overnight parking is allowed in front of Condo 1 (201 High Gables Drive) and Condo 3 (311 High Gables Drive).
Towing for the condominiums is done by Henry's Wrecker Service (301-860-4800). Towing for Shadow Glen Ct. is done by the City of Gaithersburg (301-258-6400).
Except for parking within garages or other areas screened from public view, no junk vehicle, commercial vehicle, or vehicle displaying commercial information, trailer, recreational vehicle, horse trailer, boat, or machinery shall be kept upon the property.
